At KCB Coaching, your time and commitment are highly valued. To provide the best coaching experience for all clients, please review our refund and rescheduling policies:

• Emergency Reschedule: You are entitled to one “emergency reschedule” per client relationship. This means you may cancel a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time and still reschedule it without penalty.

• Cancellation & Absences: If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, miss a session, or withdraw from coaching altogether, you remain fully responsible for the fees of all scheduled sessions. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for these sessions.
